2024-06-19 CVE-2021-47604 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vduse: check that offset is within bounds in get_config() This condition checks "len" but it does not check "offset" and that could result in an out of bounds read if "offset > dev->config_size". The problem is that since both variables are unsigned the "dev->config_size - offset" subtraction would result in a very high unsigned value. I think these checks might not be necessary because "len" and "offset" are supposed to... Linux_kernel 7.1

2024-06-19 CVE-2021-47616 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA: Fix use-after-free in rxe_queue_cleanup On error handling path in rxe_qp_from_init() qp->sq.queue is freed and then rxe_create_qp() will drop last reference to this object. qp clean up function will try to free this queue one time and it causes UAF bug. 2024-07-29 CVE-2024-42094 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/iucv: Avoid explicit cpumask var allocation on stack For CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK=y kernel, explicit allocation of cpumask variable on stack is not recommended since it can cause potential stack overflow. Instead, kernel code should always use *cpumask_var API(s) to allocate cpumask var in config-neutral way, leaving allocation strategy to CONFIG_CPUMASK_OFFSTACK.
